The most recent addition to the group is the picturesque Plough Inn situated upon the pond in the village of Rottingdean. Its classic village feel and traditonal pub menu lends itself to locals and tourists alike. Substantial refurbishment was undertaken in late 2009 considerably improving the standards of the facilities and helping to create an upmarket village local with a vibrant atmosphere.

The Plough Inn has a cracking reputation for its homecooked food. Served from 12-3pm & 6-9pm Monday to Friday, 12-9pm Saturday & 12-7pm Sundays. Please see menu below for more details.

My wife and I have now been to The Plough (Rottingdean) 3 times for Sunday lunch. Without
any doubt, they serve the best (by far) Sunday lunch around these parts.
Tender lean meat and a lovely selection of veg. Highly recommended

My wife & i called in for a couple of drinks on Saturday nmight before dinner and this morning i realised that i had misplaced my mobile phone. We called the Cricketers in the hope that it might have been found and, sure enough, a very nice young lady told us that it have been handed in. We went along and picked it up. CRICKETERS - Just a quick note to say thanks to John and the guys for saturday 5th. I had a fab birthday and all my friends commented on how great the food was and that the staff and venue were perfect. They really did you proud - they were very professional and also really friendly which is difficult to get right.
